Why Does Ren Need This?

Ren leverages information from Outlook to generate timely intelligence on relevant contacts and companies. To enable users to connect their Outlook accounts to Ren, an administrator must grant consent on behalf of the organization for the permissions that Ren requires.

Permissions that Ren Requires

Ren will request the following permissions from your Outlook account:

• Read your profile - Ren Systems will be able to read your account profile information (your name, email address, etc.).
• Read your contacts - Ren Systems will be able to read contacts in your contact folders.
• Read users relevant people list - Ren Systems will be able to read a ranked list of relevant people of the signed-in user. The list includes local contacts, contacts from social networking, and people from recent communications (such as email, but not email content itself).
• Read your calendars - Ren Systems will be able to read events in your calendars.
• Maintain access to data you have given Ren Systems access to - Allows Ren Systems to see and update the data you gave it access to, even when you are not currently using the app. This does not give Ren Systems any additional permissions.

How to Grant Permissions
