Uploading your LinkedIn connections gives Ren the latest job titles and workplaces for your contacts, which gets you better alerts.

<aside> 💡 What if I have a lot of irrelevant connections on LinkedIn? Don’t worry. Ren quickly learns which contacts and companies are most important to you and will automatically unfollow irrelevant contacts.

<aside> 💡 What if I want to follow all of my LinkedIn connections? By default, Ren will unfollow anyone without contact information (e.g. lacking email address and phone number), which typically affects people you’re only connected with on LinkedIn. If you prefer to follow all of your contacts, head to your Ren settings and turn on the Follow All Contacts slider.

Import Your LinkedIn Connections

1. On your computer, open this LinkedIn page.
2. Select Download larger data archive, including connections…, then click Request Archive. The button should now read Request Pending.
3. Leave the page open for about 15 minutes, then refresh the page and click Download archive to download your connections.
4. Open this Ren page, upload the file you downloaded, and press Upload File.
