Summary

In order to enable SSO with Ren, Okta Workforce Administrators need to create a new app in their Okta environment and provide the required information to Ren to set up the connection.

How to Set Up SSO in Okta Workforce

  1. Setup a new app with in Okta Workforce (here are Okta’s instructions) with the following details:

  2. Find and make note of your Okta Domain: https://developer.okta.com/docs/guides/find-your-domain/main/

  3. Find and make note of your Client ID and Client Secret: https://developer.okta.com/docs/guides/find-your-app-credentials/main/

  4. Send the noted values to your contact at Ren (or to [email protected]). The team will implement the SSO connection and reply to schedule a test of the connection.
